So, what's a brother have to do to get another chance, anyway?
That question has to cross Clay Buchholz's mind every day lately, as he continues to put together an eye-popping season for the Triple A Pawtucket Red Sox instead of pitching for the "big boys" in Boston.
Buchholz's latest -- and greatest -- performance this season came yesterday, as he took a perfect game into the ninth inning against the Lousville Bats, eventually finishing with one hit allowed and seven strikeouts. But he was even more dominating than that: he went to a three-ball count on only one batter and threw only 96 pitches, 70 of which were strikes.
