The Boston Herald reports Boston Red Sox SP Brad Penny threw a brief, 35-pitch bullpen session behind City of Palms Park Sunday, March 8. Penny said it was the best he's felt all spring. "I'd rather pitch the whole season than set myself back," Penny said. "Last year I developed some bad habits. I shortened my stride and was throwing everything all arm."
