The Associated Press reports Boston Red Sox 3B Mike Lowell (hip) will probably make his spring training debut Tuesday, March 10, against the Baltimore Orioles as a designated hitter. Lowell, who is recovering from offseason surgery to repair a torn labrum in his right hip, will likely play third base Friday, March 13, in a night game against the New York Yankees.
